Occupancy
- The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests.
- Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property.
- Additional visitors must be approved in advance by the host or concierge team.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Flexible arrival or departure times may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Respect for the Property
Radun Home is a privately owned luxury estate designed with great care and attention to detail.
Guests are kindly asked to:
- Treat the property, furnishings, artwork, and equipment with care.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Avoid moving indoor furniture outdoors without prior approval.
Guests may be responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
The estate features a 100 m² heated infinity pool and extensive outdoor living spaces.
For safety and comfort:
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- No diving is permitted.
- Glassware is not permitted in or immediately around the pool.
- Use the pool and outdoor facilities responsibly and at your own risk.
Noise & Privacy
Radun Home is located within a peaceful residential and natural environment.
We kindly request that guests:
- Respect neighboring properties and the surrounding community.
- Keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Refrain from using amplified music outdoors during late evening hours.
Parties & Events
- Parties, weddings, commercial events, photoshoots, and gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted inside any building on the estate.
- Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
- Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
Pets
Pets may be accepted only upon prior approval.
Please contact us before booking if you wish to travel with a pet.
Security
For the security of guests and the property:
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.
- Do not share access information with third parties.
- Any loss of keys or security devices should be reported immediately.
Concierge & Additional Services
Our concierge team can assist with:

- Turn off lights and air conditioning when not required.
- Respect the olive groves, gardens, and natural landscape throughout the estate.
Liability
Guests use the villa, pool, fitness and outdoor facilities at their own risk.
The owners and management cannot be held responsible for:
- Accidents or injuries occurring during the stay.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, utility interruptions, or force majeure events.
